I give it two stars. The ppl that work in that back are all amazing. It’s the front desk with that one little miserable girl that sits in the back for billing. I’m definitely looking for another dentist. I just don’t understand how ppl work in customer service but really hate to be kind to customers.
I was a bit wary since I was a new patient and the reviews weren’t looking good. BUT everyone was nice and kind. I’d recommend getting an earlier appointment if possible to counter the longer waits since I’m sure everyone books later.I’m going in later this month to get some semi-serious work done but i trust my dentist!! Super chill dude!
I saw Dr Regneart 6/28 and on 7/21. I had a really bad experience with my former dentist (Vineland Dental Arts) that i was having some anxiety coming in. DR. REGNEART is amazing and made me feel comfortable. Seeing this dentist was worth the wait time despite how unreasonable it wss. I will also say that calling the office, I do get a staff member that cuts me off; however, the dentist is absolutely wonderful and listens to my every concern.
