1. A kind person answered the phone to help me and answer all of my questions and set me up with service.
2. I was given a time they would arrive.
8:30 am and they arrived EXACTLY at that time.
3. They were kind, informative and we had a great sense of relief when they were done.
4. Senior citizens don't have email and cell phones etc... if they don't have someone to help them through these things they suffer.
