Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly. She gave me honest feedback on my Oreck vacuum and did not pressure me to have work done on it. Even though I went because the handle kept coming loose from the base, I never realized vacuums should be serviced every three to five years. So for a very reasonable price, the handle was repaired and the vacuum was serviced. Now, it runs like new! I love that you continue to run your family’s business, and it was such a pleasure meeting you. Great service. Michelle is so kind. I brought in my very basic sewing machine to be fixed… it wasn’t fixable so they sold me a great used machine for $50. (I only had $46 cash on me, which Michelle accepted!) Great find. I’ll be back when I need repairs, supplies, used machines etc.
