Our client was in need of a new secure FTP software and we are so happy to have found Synaman. The software is easy to setup and very user friendly. Our client was extremely happy with the ease of use of the Synaman software. We ran into a small issue when our SSL certificate needed to be updated. The support was amazing!!!! They helped us all through the process of making sure that the certificate was updated and the site was working.
