The reviews here span from TERRIBLE to good to great. I was nervous after reading these, I won't lie. Even from my initial calls here, I thought "what did I get myself into?" But I was pleasantly surprised. I was referred here to have a hystosonogram done by my OBGYN for heavy/irregular periods, most likely related to perimenopause. My script was given which said to call on Day 1 of my period and to have this done before Day 12. On Day 1 I called. Spoke to someone who set up my information and told me to research the doctors and call back with who I'd like my appointment with. I called my doctor and she said "What?!? I have expressed the same concerns mentioned in my review with multiple people at Diamond at various times throughout treatment there and received no acknowledgment or discussion. Apparently it takes a negative review on yelp to get a response!! I would like acknowledge a couple of things mentioned in their response . "We are sorry to hear of how you feel your experience went with us"- Seriously? How I feel my experience went? It is not how I feel it went it is how it went!! Extremely unprofessional. I asked for the meeting zoom link to be emailed / texted as this has been the method of communication thus far and I cannot take calls while working Response was "we don't do that here". I let them know I work in Tech and this is a standard procedure also followed by all my other doctors. Response "we must be on another planet then" followed by being hung up on. Not sure how this is professional or comforting or welcoming to a new patient but I will NOT be returning.
