Charm abounds at this Millburn institution and owner Jerry is a straight-shooter (Can we get this stain out? I don’t know, it will cost you $35 to find out”. Guess what? The stains were taken out, the shoes came out amazing and Jerry even added some water repellent to boot. (No pun intended) I’ve had shoes and belts and multiple items serviced here before and the results have always been fantastic. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

I've used this store since I was a little girl and feel so lucky that right here in town are old school craftsmen who can fix shoes and belts! I once left a pair of shows there forgetting to pick them up for a year- they had kept them. LOVE this old world style shop!

I brought in two very old designer handbags. One needed to be repaired and the leather restored, the other to add a pocket for my cell phone along with some restoration work. Both now look amazing. Is the job somewhat expensive. Well, yes. But craftsmanship, at least excellent craftsmanship, costs money and the total job is far less than the cost to purchase a new handbag. Both now have a second life and will be around for many years to come. I trust True Fit for all my leather repairs. Handbags, leather motorcycle jacket, and shoe repair, everything was done to the highest professional standard. To me, that says it all.
