Would not even give them 1 star. Staff is incompetent and I am in the medical field myself. They failed to authorize a test, it had to be cancelled. They insisted the test didn't need authorization- and it did. They finally got it authorized and submitted the wrong CPT code. When I attempted to alert them (because the hospital alerted me) they switched me to billing. Billing couldn't help me. This test was delayed 2+ months. I spent countless days and hours talking to them and being on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT.

This happens every single year. The routine physicals doctors appointment given for 11:30 am. The nurse comes, checks the basics height, weight, EKG. And then you wait in a freezing room for over 1 hour
