My sons have seen Dr. Liggio for numerous injuries, and the experience has always been great. He is good at explaining an injury and a plan for recovery. The visit is always extremely quick and efficient.
Took my daughter in for an issue with her leg. To book the appointment was a breeze. Day of the appointment we were led right in, she needed x-rays done and the tech and doctor was both great. The doctor gave us options for handling the situation and follow up time.The issue came with the billing department. I submitted payment with my HSA but continued to get late notices. I finally called and gave the date the payment was submitted and when the system said the check cleared. However it wasn't sufficient for their investigation so I had to contact my HSA to get the actual check number. I had to visit Dr Liggio twice at two different times with two different kids. I was very pleased with him and the office staff. He had an excellent bedside manner and was great with both my boys.
