We had Warren install a new H2i Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system in our home recently. Everything was smooth and easy, the team from Melinda to the installers themselves were all pleasant to deal with. I had them in last year and I was impressed with Melinda, she was especially thorough compared to the 7 or 8 other contractors I had in. Unfortunately, that system failure was an emergency and they were out 6 to 8 weeks at the time, however when I went to redo my downstairs (larger) unit this year, this elephant doesn't forget... With Melinda, everything was explained to us up front and done exactly as described and in record time as well. The install team was pleasant, good communicators and clean - my basement is cleaner than when they showed up (embarrassed to admit!). Also important: Warren was significantly less for the exact same thing others were offering, and they are a 3 diamond dealer for Mitsubishi which means maximum warranty. If considering a hyper heat or Carrier system, they are experts. Ultimately, it's hard to beat their price, performance and professionalism. I doubt you'll find a better combo.
We had to replace a combination furnace/AC unit with a new one. The sales team presented us with a variety of options including financing and rebates. The installation team was knowledgeable and competent. They arrived on time and completed the work on time. They cleaned up the work area and everything was working right away.
