I started with Mark to replace the switches but his expertise and completing the things to granular level led me to the satisfaction and confidence and with this I got my compete basement redone by him and his team. Sr and Jr Mark are very understanding and provide tailor made solutions based on your requirements. Highly recommended.
First of all, this is long overdue! We had an emergency with our panel and started calling local companies. As soon as we called Heinze they answered right away and came to the house. He found what the problem was but it required the power company to come and fix it since it was outside the house. Mark was amazing! The power company was at my house the day before and told us we needed an electrician. Mark anticipated this would happen again and he said he would come back when they arrived. He did, he told them where to look. They found the problem and fix it. There was work to do inside but Mark had us back and running right away.I recommend this company and its service!...read full review
