March 8, 2024:I've been a Zuidema customer for almost 25 years & have always received great service. Very early this morning I noticed wet seepage on the pavers surrounding my sold waste tank. I had routine maintenance pumping in November 2023 and surmised that there was likely some type of line blockage. I spoke with Mary who is always exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever I call and today was no exception. I explained my situation and she dispatched Donnie who arrived before noon and pumped my tank which was full. He took great care during the pumping process and was super friendly. The building business has lots of moving parts and to be successful you have to think about each and every one, every day. If you don't, something is bound to run off the rails. Except for Zuidema. All I need to think about with Zuidema is, when do I want a portable toilet delivered, and when do I need it taken away. Two phone calls. That's it. Everything in between those 2 phone calls is automatically taken care of. I don't ever have to think about it. What a concept!

Ordered a portable toilet that was flushable with a sink for my son’s backyard wedding. The unit that was delivered was IMMACULATE! The delivery and pickup was quick and timely. I would definitely recommend.
