Reviews highlight great service, with floors looking like new. Clients describe the process as quick, seamless, professional, punctual, and detail-oriented, leaving everything clean. One rental floor with gum, paint, and scratches looked amazing after six hours, with scratches barely visible. Another client with 25 years of wear from kids and scooters had kitchen, dining room, and hallway floors looking like the day they were installed. The team is described as real pros who care about their work and client satisfaction, with a strong recommendation to call without hesitation.
Mr. Sandless in Bergen county and particular Marc provided incredible prompt, top quality service. The overall process for our entire home floor took less than one business day with minimal down time. Any concerns or issues we identified were immediately addressed with prompt responses and nearly immediate remediation. I cannot more highly recommend Marc and his team for your flooring needs.
After 25 years, and three children riding scooters in the house, our hardwood flooring looked like it needed some serious help. Marc has our kitchen, DR and hallway floor looking like the day it was installed. It is gorgeous. We should have had this done years ago. Marc is a real pro, but more importantly, he is someone who really cares about his work and his clients' satisfaction. These days, he is a very rare find. Call him with no hesitation.
