We had what I thought was a carpenter bee problem - large holes in the siding of our house. I called Standard and spoke with Sharon. I explained the problem and sent her photos which she looked at right away. She solved the problem by giving me options right on the phone. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. I will definitely be using Standard in the future if I ever need someone for pest control!
