This is a great CRM if you like wasting money and time! If you want customer support and a functioning product, Jobprogress and Leap is not the crm for you. Communication was terrible, software was buggy, and overall experience was terrible. Definetly would not recommend this product.

This company has been charging my for 6 months after I have asked to be removed.

Assured by staff months later after I told them they are still charging me that they will stop and return my money

The transition from our CRM to Job Progress was painful. Ran into lots of issues, support was very hard to get ahold of, lots of broken promises from Job Progress. We have put a year into this and still don’t have it up and running the way we need it. It feels like Job Progress is in over its head.
