Huge yellow jacket nest under soffit by bedroom window second floor-Environmina Pest Control specifically Carmen Eloscoferiyad was fantastic! Got back to me right away, diagnosed issue, treated and came back to ensure fully resolved . Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago we discovered some backyard bees (wasps, really)... Carmen answered the call right quick and was on ground within 48 hours, per our scheduling. About an hour or so later, the job was done - she digitally sent all the relevant paperwork (including a listing of the munitions used) and we haven't had an issue since. Really good stuff.
PS I suspect the small handful of 1-star reviews were written by wasps and hornets.
