We had a leak sending water down the side of our fireplace into our kitchen. The company that installed our roof 5 years ago was not available to address the problem so I called Gasper after reading good reviews about them online. Will Cohen came out that same day I called, took pictures of our chimney and roof with a drone, and showed me exactly what the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix it. They sent me an estimate within one day and sent a crew out to fix the flashing within a few days. Another crew with a mason came out a few days later to rebuild the cracked chimney cap and install new tops on both of our flues. I was so pleased to find out that they could fix the roof AND the chimney! Communication with the office was great and the whole process was so easy from start to finish. Pricing was very fair and transparent. I highly recommend this company for roofing AND for chimney repair!
We had Gasper replace our roof and gutters about a month ago and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they were great to deal with. Mike Murphy did an excellent job of helping set everything up and the quote. The members of the office staff were a pleasure to deal with. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other estimates we got. Tom Green, our project manager, was very thorough and helped with anything we needed during the actual installation. The work that they performed on the roof/gutters was fantastic. And they did an excellent job of cleanup which was very important because we have two small children. 5 out of 5 stars!
