“My experience started with an estimate given by Rich. He was very thorough and gave great information of what should be done with four different trees . He told me it would take about a week and a half before he could get to me And he was right on time.. “Very happy with the service provided by Bartlett. Kevin arrived as promised true to the appt time and walked the property with me to review my areas of concern and make suggestions. The work included pruning, removing some trees with stump grinding, and soil care. The crew was 3 or 4 guys and they did a great job. I should have thought ahead of time to move my flowerpots from their work area but they were kind enough to clear the area themselves and they put everything back on their own initiative. I thought that went above and beyond. The soil care was a separate team that came on a different day. There was a slight delay on a dead tree that needed to be removed hanging over my shed (needed a different truck to reach that area, which was discussed ahead of time), but Kevin made sure the tree was removed before we had inclement weather that would put my property at risk. All the work was completed within a month following the contract, with the majority done just 2 weeks after signing the contract, which I was pleased with. Would have them back and would recommend the services to others.“
