To say Peggnet went above and beyond for my situation is an understatement! I was away with my family in Disney world and my computer completely froze while I was working one night in the middle of our trip. Chris McManus called me back shortly after I left a message after hours and immediately tried to help me fix the issue. When that was not successful, he said I could overnight the computer to his office to fix it. As I operate my own law practice, this type of prompt service and customer care is priceless. Had a thorny problem with email software and some website access issues on my PC. Called Peggnet and took the CPU in to them, and problem was solved in one day. All in all, an excellent experience.
