Recently I needed to determine the viability of an old Laptop. Worked with Robert at Peggnet, he was a pleasure to work with and was honest in terms of the continued viability of the computer. Did what he could to fix the issues however it continued to have problems which were a result of age and minimal RAM etc.. After we determined together it was time to get a new laptop, Robert made good recommendations as to what I should purchase. He then for a very fair price set up the new laptop and he met an unreasonable deadline that I requested. I highly recommend Peggnet!
To say Peggnet went above and beyond for my situation is an understatement! I was away with my family in Disney world and my computer completely froze while I was working one night in the middle of our trip. Chris McManus called me back shortly after I left a message after hours and immediately tried to help me fix the issue.
