Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately.
