I switched to Village Vet after not being totally satisfied with my previous vet (the same one my parents used) so I began researching different clinics and their reviews. When I came upon village vet, there was positive after positive after positive review and I knew they must be special. The front office ladies are always wonderful. Dr. Pehrman was the doctor we had on our first visit, and she completely blew me away! She was genuine, kind, soft spoken, explained everything very well, was extremely thorough, and listened to everything I had to say. I was so happy the first time I visited Village Vet. My dog is very anxious and can snap when he gets frightened. My previous vet muzzled him and he would go crazy. He was so terrorized he would get sick when he came home. Dr. Ryan and the tech took the time to get to know Sunny until he was comfortable with them. They were able to draw blood, give him shots, and swab his ears (ended up he had an ear infection) without a muzzle and no snapping. It was wonderful!

It was Oscars first visit yesterday to this vet. I absolutely love Dr. Ryan and the staff is great. Dr. Ryan is so sweet and caring. My dog is anxious and not great with other dogs so they made it comfortable for him and I by letting us wait until the waiting room was clear so we could leave. I finally found a vet I like and that Oscar likes!!!
