I am relatively new to Padden Cooper. This is my second year here. They are hands down the best firm I have ever worked with. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the sit down meeting with the accountant, the entire process is simple, friendly, and professional. They have a secure client portal where you upload your documents. The portal is set up well and user friendly, didn't take more than a few minutes to upload everything. When you go to your in person appointment, yes, in person, (so rare these days), your accountant already has all the preliminary information ready, and after a few questions or clarifications, your return is ready to be filed. Sign on the dotted line and you're good to go. I found the advice and guidance and suggestions offered to me to be extremely beneficial and helpful. I'm extremely grateful to find a firm where I feel like a valued customer rather than just a number. I am very pleased with the personal attention I received and I feel assured that my taxes were prepared expertly. I highly recommend Padden Cooper.
