I am from the South and in a nut shell, Lasher is big city smarts with small town etiquetteOur building got a big fat "unsafe" stamp from a structural engineer, and man, it had problems left and right. The roof, the bricks, the steel inside the walls, you name it. So we started talkin' to contractors for all the different work, especially the roof. But lemme tell ya, it turned into a real mess.
