I agreed it was way too full, too old and I ordered a new one with them. I had them come out and install for me and this new one is faster, and they were able to transfer all the previous data. This was a lesson for me in many ways and I felt fortunate to have their guidance and be back up and running. I also appreciated the personal touch vs. a big situation like Best Buy and others.
