Austin and his team did an incredible job on our property in Union City. He was responsive and knowledgable when meeting with our HOA. He worked with us to determine the best approach at a very competitive price. The work was second to none and our property management mentioned “it’s the best roof he’s seen”. Below are some before and after pictures.
Austin also worked with UC to secure the correct permits which was included in the estimate. He also navigated an unforeseen issue with the front facade of our building and help rebuild its support. The change order was very reasonable after the 2 additional days of work.
I highly recommend you reach out on your next project to ensure it’s done right.

Reviews
The owner & crew were very efficient & friendly. They made sure everything was thoroughly protected before they began working. They replaced the roof, replaced the 4 skylights & cleaned up the area so thoroughly that if not for the dumpster & the beautiful roof, you wouldn't have even known they were there! I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you, guys!!
Austin and his construction team did a beautiful job on replacing our 25 year old roof. Austin also contracted the gutter replacement and chimney repair.
The complete job, including an excellent clean-up, was all done within 2 days, made possible by Austin's dynamic supervision of all the parts of the project.
We are so glad we heard about Austin and his Fives company from friends who had him do their roofing work.
We'll gladly work with Austin and Fives on other home improvement projects in the future!
