I was in search of an eye doctor that would be kind and caring for me and, especially, for my sister who has special needs. At Vernamonte Eye Associates our exams were, in my opinion, thorough and conducted with professionalism, care, and compassion. We experienced one-on-one service; not like at some other offices where the exam was split into two parts (where we were stacked in a queue and had to wait to return to the eye doctor to finalize our eye exam after we selected our glasses). The intimate setting at Vernamonti Eye Associates is just what we wanted and it is what we received!
My husband had an excellent experience at Vernamonti Eye Associates and recommended for me to go for a routine eye exam. I was warmly greeted by the office staff. My exam was thorough and everything was clearly explained. Dr. Vernamonti was kind, gentle and patient. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. He provided several opportunities for me to ask questions. I felt I was well taken care of. When it was time for me to choose frames, both of the ladies in the office were very helpful and they clearly explained the various options and price points. I highly recommend the office!
I went in for an emergency appointment, I had gotten sprayed in the eye by a pressure washer and it hurt sooo bad. I had never been here before but they were kind enough to see me within 10 mins of me calling in. They truly care about people and their patients. My eye feels better and I can’t wait to go to my follow up tomorrow after work. Everyone in their office was so nice.
