Tim and Aloha have been amazing and so great with communication. The staff are very positive and bubbly and we get text reminders for upcoming appointments. During these uncertain times of quarantine and Coronavirus, they have stayed on top of things and working the whole time. Our pool renovation isn't complete yet due to the township delays during this time and I will update my review as it's completed, but I just wanted to comment now on how awesome they have been and thankful for their continued customer service!
After a horrific experience with Diamond Pools, Aloha pools stepped in and finished the job. Tim and his team are fantastic! I think the picture of our finished pool speaks for itself. I am also using them for opening, closing and biweekly cleaning. I am very particular, they never make me feel like I’m bothering them. They are always professional and courteous. Their employees also know what they are doing, very skilled staff.
We have been working with Tim the last 14 years. They open and close our pool each year. They replaced our liner last year and have been happy with the new one. They installed our salt water system and heater. We love it!!
