Today Zach from Alenco Fence came out to fix our broken latch on our fence. Great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely use Alenco again !

Wow, just finished a gate and fence replacement that was destroyed with the tornado that touched down on lucky me. Looks wonderful, great job, and a very nice, pleasant young man who did it. Tom and I had exchanged emails and the estimate was sent to the insurance company who approved it immediately. Problem was there was a 5 week wait for the job to be done. When I explained to Tom that I had a pool and was afraid that anyone could wander it and possibly drown in the pool. He worked with me and as soon as the debris was removed, he put up a temporary cyclone fence to keep me in code.
