We had a family room that had a leak in the ceiling because of a flat roof and a fireplace that also leaked. They gutted the whole room for us and removed the fireplace and chimney as well as the flat roof. We preferred not to have a fireplace because of young children. Now our room feel so much bigger. They vaulted the ceiling so we no longer have a flat roof. They tarped off that room while they worked. They did an excellent job. They were able to use our existing siding to replace where the chimney was. Our new roof matches the shingles from our existing roof. They installed gutters with the gutter guard.
