I had a great eyebrow wax experience overall. Ava was amazing—so gentle and precise that I almost fell asleep during my service. She really made me feel comfortable, and my brows came out perfect.
Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.

Vanessa was fantastic!! Asked how I wanted my bikini wax, how much off sides and top! Temperature of the wax. We engaged in conversation about how our summer was going!! It was a very pleasant experience!! Vanessa is a gem!!
It was my first time going to the European Wax Center and it was a wonderful experience! The girls at the desk are extremely pleasant got an appointment right away and with no waiting. The center is very clean and Vanessa is the best! Sweet, caring, very knowledgeable. She did a Great job on my eyebrows. Over all Great experience I will definitely be returning.
