Overall, very happy with my renovated deck. I kept my 20-year IPE decking, but replaced all the railings, steps, skirt, and added a fixed roof/pergola. Also added a fan and lighting. Project took longer than expected but am happy with the results. The crews that came on site were top-notch, and Fred made frequent visits to inspect. I would recommend.

Fred and his crews rehabilitated my 20 year old deck to the point that it looks brand new. They all did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier.
