We have been using American Eagle for a few years now. Quickly responds if your calling due to an issue. One of the techs Mike is helpful explaining the problem and how to correct it. We would highly recommend their services.
Sal is a rock star. It was at least 150 degrees outside and 100 degrees (gross exaggerations, but that’s how it felt) in my house when my AC went. I contacted Sal late in the evening around 8 pm and HE (part owner) was at my house within the hour to check and see if he could help. I have a 2 year old and we were on the verge of getting a hotel room. Sal said nonsense and after searching for the problem for 15 minutes, he ran out and got a part and was back in another 15, and we had cold air blowing in our babies room in another 15. Within 2 hours this guy, who had just dealt with the hottest day of the year and several calls similar to mine, had changed out of his pajamas... read full review
My husband and I are so pleased with American Eagle HVAC and thankful for their service! Our rental property hvac had issues and they were able to fix the problem which provided us with a lot of relief. We are most grateful that they were able to come so quickly to help our tenants. We will be using American Eagle for our rental and our primary residence since things went so well. Thank you!!
