I went to this place in November 2020. I asked the owner to cut my hair short, and she did not shampoo/wash it and just use a water spray bottle to wet my hair, and cut it without even styling it. Based on that, I decided not to go there anymore as I still paid $40 (cash). I can go to Fort Lee and get a good haircut for $60 at the time. I saw lots of the comments about owner charging more on the credit card. I would not recommend anyone to go there for service.Service: Haircut

This hair salon charges ridiculous tips amount! My mom went to this salon for a hair cut, the service did not come with wash and shampoo like the other Asia hair salon, but it's ok... It's a one man show kind of salon, the owner does everything, and she is a Korean! She doesn't speak good English, so it's hard to communicate My mom's hair is short, and above shoulder. She ended up paying $50 and was told the tips is $15. She can not refund the charge because it already went through! Before I dropped off my mom, she told me the hair cut is $35! This is cheating and forcing customers to pay extra for tips! We will never come back again!

I agree with the other comments below. I was charged with $11 tips, she just added her tips without telling me. She also refused to cancel the charge and she claim this is the agreed price. (lie #1)Only the haircut was been done, the wash was not included. (lie #2)When my mom called for appointment, she said the haircut goes from $25-$35. (lie #3)We are not going back to this store!Service: Haircut
