Stay clear of this place. Most unprofessional dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. The owner is rude and was yelling and waving his hands in my face when he couldn’t find two suits I dropped off a week prior. Refused to acknowledge that he would reimburse me if they weren’t located. They were eventually located and he charged me $10 more than the dry cleaning slip indicated. He even had the nerve to tell me the reason he couldn’t find them was my fault. They are cash/check only which is inconvenient.

Sent items for cleaning. They returned a pair of pants which they stained and broke the drawstring. He told me there is nothing he can do and they are in the business of cleaning not adding stains and that it was my fault. What a disgraceful way to treat a customer. Disposable

Just not happy with the professionalism of this business. $21 to hem pants. Was told they would be ready Saturday(7 days). Pants not ready Saturday but he said he'd give a 10% discount. Pants were ready Tuesday. I picked up pants and no discount and when I went to pay is when I was told cash only. Man just doesn't seem like he wants new business.Service: Alterations
