I will say— last time I went a woman who i can only assume to be the owner came up to the young woman washing my hair, and immidiately accosted her with questions that made it super tense and akward. Not the vibe when you are trying to relax. I would just reccomend to maybe wait till your employees arent interacting with customers to blame them for things lol“
