SCAM! 2 different charges, UNAUTHORIZED charges, and spammy emails trying to get me to buy other services, but since they had my cc info they went ahead and charged more items OMG i disputed with my bank to stop payments. SCAM
They are a scam - got the money from the insurance company and shut off their numbers and did not do the work. The 5 star reviews they have are fake. They have now changed their name to Red Roof.
I never write reviews but this fake company or should I say swindlers deserves one! Started this process the end of 2022 and still fighting to get my money back. No install yet! I CAN'T SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH, IF A SALES PERSON COMES KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR OR IS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, GIVE THEM A SWIFT KICK OFF YOUR PORCH! They are in 4 NE states: VA, PA, NJ DE and taking everybody's money with no work being done. Once they have your money, they are gone!
