My husbands glasses broke and we reached out to Fortuna. We purchased the glasses well over 2 years ago (out of warranty) and they still helped us out. We appreciate their kindness and generosity!

I love Fortuna. I have been going there for my glasses since I was a teenager (I am now approaching 40). I still travel there, despite now living in Virginia, just because of how great they are. I have recommended numerous people, all of whom agree with me that they are the best optical boutique around. They have a wonderful, unique selection, and they are friendly and attentive. Chris, Liz, and Nicole are super - I <3 them!

I went to one of those on-line optical company-yes they were cheap- but so was their product- the frames broke within 1 year- and the lenses were all wrong- I sent the frames back to get my bi focals adjusted. Fortuna has the best selection in the area, and the best customer service as well. I LOVE my sunglasses and glasses. The entire Fortuna staff was very knowledgeable about my lenses.
