Office staff is polite and efficient. Very easy to deal with. Dr. Mabanta is excellent. So compassionate and listens to you. He also talks so you can understand. Very positive experience

I'm so sad reading bad reviews of Neorscience Dr Mambata : I went to him 2 years ago he referred me out to get testing .This Dr so polite and caring as for office staff the same.These bad reviews must be for a different person .This Dr is so professional. I can understand frustration of front desk not answering calls or not being able to even speak to live person.They need to fix that issue .Maybe they need to hire two people just to answer phones and get to the patient within 48 hours.This still not the Dr's fault and of everyone at front office.Many times people bash Dr's that are great for being entitle.Believe me I know there some people that are Dr's... read full review

I was referred to Dr. Mabanta and was given a date for an appointment 3 months later. The doctor performed a thorough history and physical examination. I was instructed to return in another 6 month to have anelectromyography (EMG) test. Then after another 6 month wait I was told to return. The tests confirmed I did have a neurological problem. The doctor stated he did not know what the cause if my problem and he discharged me as a patient. Did he offer any medication or therapy? No. Did he offer any advice or suggestions on what I should do? No, When I asked him to make an educated guess of my condition based on his years of experience, he said he has no idea.
