We initiated the process of designing our primary and two secondary closets after seeing the Closet Factory display at Costco. Patricia contacted us for the design consultation and was very professional and personable from the very beginning. She spent over an hour at our house taking measurements and working with us to design closets that would maximize our spaces, meet our budget, and increase our home value. She helped us get the installation done as soon as possible knowing that we have a baby coming in a few weeks, and she came by after the installation to make sure we were happy with the final result. The following is a copy of an email that I sent to Closet Factory on 3/27/2024.Hello ladies:Please accept this note of thanks.It all started with Jennifer and her design consultation – even meeting with me on a Saturday during her personal time. THANKS JENNIFER! But all 3 of you played a vital part (individually & collectively) in making my experience with Closet Factory pleasant & satisfying.In addition, the installer, Joe H., was the icing on the cake. We interviewed several firms and reviewed designs and quotes from each. The design presented by Lauren Vogele best suited our needs for optimizing the space needed for out of season clothing. We now have so much more available storage than we had before. Clearly, Lauren listened to our needs and came up with creative solutions.The installation was beautifully executed by Frank Michener. He is a perfectionist and communicated well with us during the process. Frank arrived on time, protected our floors and maintained a clean work space. Closet Factory is fortunate to have as fastidious an installer on staff.
