What should have been a fun Easter Bunny photo experience turned into an unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable situation. Staff were extremely rude and aggressive over customers simply having their phones out, even if you were just on a call or checking your device.
Instead of politely explaining their policy, staff immediately escalated the situation and even threatened to involve mall security and local police. Imagine bringing your children to take Easter photos and leaving stressed, frustrated, and with upset kids because employees created unnecessary tension.
I'm not normally one to complain but I went to take Easter pictures with my 5 month old today and the Easter bunny would not hold my son and he almost fell out of his lap twice. He wasn't wiggling away or crying, he was just slipping right off the bunnys lap. Now I get it must be difficult to be in that suit all day but this employee did not even try to adjust or hold on. We asked them to use two hands and they didn't. Obviously I'd have never let my son fall but I was shocked at the genuine lack of effort to hold him.
In the end I had to hold my son and I paid 45 bucks for the cheapest package of a photo where my son isn't even with the bunny. I'm really disappointed… read full review

I had taken my son to get pictures. The lady training didn't even try to make him smile. We weren't happy with the photos. She gave me my receipt and said the QR code was for my digital downloads, later that evening I scanned the code and it's a different family. I drove back (an hour each way) to get it fixed, they gave my the correct code for my son's photos but refused to retake them for the inconvenience. I then asked who received my receipt of my son and they didn't know. They would only retake the pictures of the families photos I received! Not great at all! $50 for photos that garbage.
