I had taken my son to get pictures. The lady training didn't even try to make him smile. We weren't happy with the photos. She gave me my receipt and said the QR code was for my digital downloads, later that evening I scanned the code and it's a different family. I drove back (an hour each way) to get it fixed, they gave my the correct code for my son's photos but refused to retake them for the inconvenience. I then asked who received my receipt of my son and they didn't know. They would only retake the pictures of the families photos I received! Not great at all! $50 for photos that garbage. We had a 4:45pm reservation for holiday pictures with Santa, showed up on time and had to wait over an hour with two young kids in the rain. My kids are 2.5years and 8mos, so it was quite challenging to keep them entertained and in line for such a long time. What’s the point of making a reservation if I have to wait over an hour? To make matters worse, when we got to see Santa, he didn’t engage with us at all. No “ho ho ho”, no “Merry Christmas”…nothing. He didn’t even smile in our photos. I had a good experience 2 years ago, but after this experience, I will never go back. You need to figure out your scheduling, maybe not book so many people in one time...read full review
I paid for a package for 11:15am slot. I have a 3 month old and was under the assumptions that reservations came before walk ups but I was VERY wrong. I didn’t get in until almost noon, my child was screaming (he’s too young to understand) and the photos instead of memories are of him screaming and crying, no options given. I paid for the A+ package ($67.79 with tax) and when I contacted customer care they completely disregarded my experience and just said “ Thank you for contacting Cherry Hill Programs.
