Can’t say enough good things about Central HIIT and everything it stands for. Being a coach here with all the other coaches & members is what makes coming to work and take one of the classes the best way to start my day.
I can not recommend this gym enough! As a coach and a member this is a wonderful place to work on your fitness goals. The coaches are genuinely there to help us all feel better and work on ourselves. I could not recommend a better gym!
This review is for a specialty, functional HIIT style gym...it is NOT your standard big box gym. If this is what you are looking for, continue reading. I have been a member for just over a year now, and there is so much to love about this gym! First, the owner Jamie, is an amazing small business owner! She is hard working, committed to growing her community, supporting members, and is genuinely the kindest person! Jamie also does as much as she can for supporting the community - charity drives, sponsoring local races/competitions, even posting updates in our neighboring facebook group (even if there is local construction that can hold members up for coming to class),...read full review
