“As is wont to happen in this business, I am a neighbor whose fence got very slightly damaged when a large tree was being taken down by D&S.

I was immediately met by John, who humbly took accountability and ownership, offering very quick and straightforward solutions to get it rectified for me.

His communication was excellent and I had nothing to worry about. I thought it would be a frustrating, drawn-out issue like it normally would be with other companies, but it was quite the opposite experience.

The crew also did a wonderful job of cleaning my yard from the debris that was part of the job.

What I appreciated most was his honesty, and advice regarding the best way to access a large oak on my property without destroying my newer Sod that was planted last year.
