“For months I had been going to traditional physical therapy for an ongoing hip/glute injury and my symptoms were being managed, but never fully resolved. About 12 weeks out from my powerlifting meet, I had a really bad flare up. I was losing sleep due to constant pain, I couldn’t sit for any amount of time (bad news as someone with a desk job), and most importantly, I couldn’t squat, bench, or deadlift without extreme pain. My coach referred me to RSM, and I am so glad I went to them for help! Dr. Taylor has been amazing to work with. She is extremely skilled and knowledgable, friendly, and actually listens. She was able to get me out of pain and back to powerlifting almost immediately. Over the last 12 weeks, she has helped guide me through recovery which in turn helped me rebuild a more resilient body and come back even stronger than I was before.
