“By way of miracle, fate, and great social media, I landed in the care of Dr. Jeremy! In December 2024, I experienced sudden onset of patella-femoral pain syndrome and was unable to bend and straighten my leg, let alone walk long distances. As a lifelong ballroom dancer turned fitness enthusiast who never suffered from chronic knee pain/complications, this was a shock both physically and mentally. The severe knee pain coupled with the inability to move and continue my workout regimen led me to seek traditional PT treatment. After several months of consistent PT (3x week), I was still unable to return to the same duration and quality of workouts as before. I was advised to “do less” and “rest more;” all advice that went against what my gut was telling me. Once I found RSM and listened as Dr. Jeremy told me (with strong conviction) that I will walk out of there pain free and stronger than before, I jumped in with both feet. In a matter of a few sessions together, I noticed so many positive changes and knew I was finally on the road to recovery. Today, I am an official RSM graduate and am happy to report that I no longer skip leg days at the gym and have returned to all my previous fitness regimes, all while being pain free! There is no greater gift than your health and feeling your best self, and Dr. Jeremy gave me that again. Thank you a million times over!“

Dr. Denise is probably one of the top Doctors of Physical Therapy in the state with a through knowledge of the shoulder and related anatomy and modalities. I know she is equally adept with the knee and other body parts, but thankfully I haven't had personal experience there.
The team is very welcoming, some of the medical equipment is cutting edge and looks like it's from Star Trek, and I really question my recovery if I had gone elsewhere. Their team in house, and referral base, are extraordinary. Top notch!“
