Anthony was great at evaluating our needs, Chris did a great job with the install, and Julia, Lauren, and Mary have been wonderful with all the questions I've had since the install. When we moved into our home over 20 years ago, we were lucky enough to contract our security alarm service and monitoring with Greenwood Securities which soon became part of CSS. We have always been extremely satisfied with the level of personal service and responsiveness provided by CSS and that is not always the case when one business becomes part of another. In addition, a quick response is crucial when it comes to alarm systems whether it’s because of a real emergency or in response to an errant and very annoying beeping that needs to be diagnosed and remedied. CSS has always met and exceeded our service expectations.
