I am a longtime regular at Leo. Everyone there is polite and friendly. Lee usually does my nails and she is the best - but the whole team is wonderful. I love designs and Lee makes sure my look stays fresh and fun! Also, the staff who does chair massages work out my tight back and shoulders.

I am only giving 3 stars because I I usually love coming here, but tonight I had a really bad experience. I tried contacting the salon to no avail so here I am. I went to get my nails done for an event I have tomorrow and the technician did not listen to what I wanted. The tech next to her corrected her and explained that she didn’t do what I wanted so she re-did them. When she redid them, the shape was uneven, the paint was messy, and she told me “it will look horrible”. It did in fact look horrible in the end. Went for a mani-pedi, ended up with a foot and a shoulder massage. Mickey was skilled and strong and hit all the right spots. Very kind as well. Place is clean and friendly. Will be back.
