He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring. Joe was even able to come do another visual inspection after the treatments. We have had no issues since the last treatment. Highly recommend.“
