“Dial was excellent from start to finish. I initially spoke with Steve and he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very responsive and had a third party dog inspector at my house the same day to inspect for bed bugs. We then moved forward with 3 treatments over 3 weeks; Steve and Joe were very helpful, great communication, answered all my questions and were reassuring.
