“I have an intense fear of needles and dentists and anything medical due to a couple traumatic experiences as a kid. Ruined me forever. As a result I know I have to take extra care of myself to avoid treatments as much as possible. After years of avoiding the dentist I finally decided to go. I chose cleary because if the stellar reputation they have. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt like part of their family. Every single staff member was extremely pleasant, re-assuring and helpful. Most important to me was how understanding they were of my fears. Jill was my hygienist. Such a knowledgeable, sweet and amazingly skilled professional. I straight up told her I’m a baby. She did everything to make me feel comfortable. She even bought a new stress ball for me to play with during the procedure. X-rays were done. Everything was in perfect shape, except I needed a deep clean since it’s been I don’t know how many years. My anxiety shot up a bit because I know you need needles to numb your mouth for it. The doctor came in, did her inspection an administered the shots slowly and walked me through the process minute by minute. Then it was over and I couldn’t feel a thing. Jill then started the cleaning which lasted maybe a half hour. It was oddly relaxing. Didn’t feel any discomfort the entire time. I will now be going on a regular basis so I can avoid a deep clean in the future and the shots LOL. Seriously though. I can’t recommend anymore more. I was a nervous wreck for weeks leading up to this appointment and now I’m actually looking forward to going back and seeing them. Thank you so much! I told Jill she’s stuck with me until she retires at this point!“

The staff were all really friendly and kind; my hygienist kept stopping to ask if I was doing okay and the doctor that came in at the end, not the one I usually see, was great. He answered questions, as did the hygienist, and was clear with his recommendations.“

Dentist Yang Ruan DMD addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. My gums/teeth are sensitive so I appreciated that they were both gentle while probing my mouth. I was very impressed by the office and will be returning in six months for my next visit!“

“Wish there were a “love” button for this practice, “like” is an under statement. HUSBAND and I BOTH go to this practice. One day my husband comes home from the dentist, happy as it gets ranting & raving about his experience w/ both hygienist & dentist! He couldn't remember names but was astonished his teeth were as clean as they were - without any bleeding during the process - unprecedented. I just came back from seeing the hygienist Sheila & Dr. Bunia & I too am ranting / raving what seem like the same experience. Turns out - was had the same duo : SHEILA & BUNIA! They are both so good at what they do, so incredibly nice, respectful...and my teeth are the cleanest they have ever been - without bleeding/ dread scheduling the next appointment.
