I have had him maintenance my equipment twice a year and had him install small accessories at my home, I am sure he’s a very valuable asset to the Valairco company. He is always on time and does very clean and thorough work. He also answers any questions I have and I can’t thank him enough!
I have a twelve year old Goodman furnace and air conditioner and wanted a service company that was familiar and experienced with this system. I went to the Goodman website and Valairco was closest to my home. I checked Valairco on the BBB website and saw their A+ rating.
I called and spoke with Marilyn who was friendly and scheduled me for a cleaning within a week! My previous HVAC company rarely had an employee answering calls and if by chance, someone answered, they were abrupt and certainly not friendly.
